Shipment processing time

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Once receiving your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail. 'Made to order' items will be produced after your payment and will be ready to ship within 4-6 weeks as stated on the product detail section. Each jewelry piece is tailor made for the customer. Exchange, Repair & Return

All sales on deilya.com are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at officialdeilya@gmail.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have. If any damage should happen, please contact us. We will assess the situation with you and repair your piece. Please note that you will be charged according to the repair.

Shipment

We ship all over the United States. We are currently working on worldwide expansion.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
